Most helpful customer reviews 6 of 6 people found the following review helpful. router plate By t zup Plate is made well as far as materials go. The problem lies in the lack of instructions and installation guides. I contacted bench dog & they said they are working on this issue. I had to custom make jack bolts to align this to a workable height. Took 2-1/2 hours to set. Although they show my router fitting this plate, I had to drill my own hole for the t handle height adjustment. They also said they are working on this misinformation as well. (You must also buy the center section seperate). The write up is also not too clear on this and I found out after. If you are handy & capable of customizing, then buy this. If not, stay away from this. 6 of 6 people found the following review helpful. Poor quality By R. Mikesell I bought the first one and tried to mount it on the bench. I could get the corners flush, but the center was high (there was a bow in it). I sent it back and ordered a new one. Same thing. I may just go to a metal shop and have one made. 4 of 4 people found the following review helpful. well built plate By Edward Well built metal plate. Solid, with holes for specific routers. Instructions lacking, specifically on leveling screws. Took some time to figure out what they meant. A suggestion would be to have an insert that would cover the open hole entirely when I use my table saw mounted router table as a table saw extension only See all 7 customer reviews...
