Some people think that you should buy the bits only when needed, and to get the best quality of each piece. That it costs about $ 25 per piece, and not only meaningful if more than two pieces you know you need. So I bought this set recently and am very happy with it. A word of caution: 1) The first time you pull these pieces of their plastic bags, use a cloth. They are there a little bit difficult because of the corrosive goo that is in them. If you are not careful, he cut his finger but good in the hard metal parts as they draw them. 2) Wipe that goo with alcohol. I denatured alcohol, but isopropyl common enough to work well. You do not want to throw them into the router with the goop from the stalks, as the gum clamp. Quality of NJ Stickney I have this bit set as a Christmas present for them on my wish list. The reason I originally opted for multilateral controls on some of the other competitors was a review of several brands of cutters used for melamine using a CNC router machine cut. The purpose of the test was to find out how much stress they could take bits and see how well the pieces for a long time. The MLCs bits were excellent in the review and was the most modestly priced among the tested pieces. Scientists do not know how the review was in fact - but I can say that these fragments have exceeded my expectations and cuts very well I am pleased to use these bits in my step and fixed-based routers. You will your money's worth from this set. Worth every dollar I received a router Sean Dewalt combo kit as a gift in December, but the donor forgotten is that a router is useless without strawberries. MlCS I bought this set based in part on the opinions and much more in price. I had read a lot about how to get what you pay for when it comes to strawberries and how do I buy Freud or the like, but do not really have much money to spend and, like all "good wood" scene, it seemed a little pretentious to spend that money. So I bought it, and I could not be happier that the game in a case that was well built, very solid all the bits in place to avoid potential damage in shipping. The bits were coated in oil or fat to protect a kind of order they had to be cleaned from rust, but I'd rather have a little rust-free and spend some extra time to be cleaned. All the bits I used to date, 1 / 2 ", 1 / 4" flush trim, have worked hard. And for the three bits that I used, I could easily spent have as much as all three individual bits Freud. Because of the many small, I was looking for my first time driving needs additional router. I ordered a plate router table from there for about half of its demand for Rockler.
